4. Capt Walls DEROS' today - 1^st of 5 40^th pilots going to Systems Command @ Hickam.

9. Col Harrington & friends arrive from Hickam. First bit of bad news is Col Mac's notification of his removal from command - Lt. Col. Woodward is no 40^th Squadron Commander - charges against Col Mac are under investigation.

15. Capt "howdy Doody" Dube, alias Katmandube, hops on the Klong today for delay enroute connections to Guam for SCUBA Diving - Before heading to Eglin. HA, HA, HA. Maybe he'll get T2 for a co-pilot.

16. Capt Keith departs today on the Silver Samlar - going to Malmstrom.

17. Get a load of this good deal - Col Mac is leaving today on the Klong for connections out of Bangkok on a Pan Am 747 to the World. Flight RON's at Hong Kong for one night. Capt Jacobs also manages to get on that flight. I wonder if they'll try to get a Banana tree on with them. Jacobs is 2^nd of 5 going to System/Hickam. Newland is next (and of course short) and I'm next to next.
